Here am going to teach you how to clear error 15 after payment. Reset GoTv after Payment

First what is error 15 in Gotv?

Error 15 signifies that your monthly subscription has been exceeded and your GoTv decoder has been shut down. Sometimes after payment the error still shows because your Gotv Decoder has not been updated via network connection about your recent payment so M Loaded is here to show you ways you can force the network to Update your Decoder on the payment you just made throught the GoTv Customer website.

It is now possible to make payment for your GOTV subscription via GTBank. This is a new introduction by GOTV, which was never part of the payment or activation methods before.

There are three ways to activate your GOTV manually. You can do it via text message, you get it activated online and you can do it using your phone.

The Three ways are

  1. Text message activation process
  2. Online activation
  3. Phone activation

 

1. Text message activation process

Send ‘reset with Your GOTV account number` to this number 4688 with out the ` .

2. Online activation

  1. Visit Eazy GOTV via your internet-enabled mobile device
  2. Log into your GOTV account with your account number and surname
  3. Click on the dialogue box “Clear your error”
  4. Clear the E16 error
  5. Click on “Reset device now” tab’ and this will reset your GOTV decoder.


3. Phone activation

Dial *423# on any network
A prompt request will come up. It reads “Assistance from Customer Care”
You can then speak with the customer service representative
 

The activation should occur after any of the above process. If your subscription does not get activated, you can visit GOTV’s official twitter or Facebook page and ask them to reset the decoder for you or visit their nearest office. Your GOTV account number must be made available when making this request.
